Bazaar time!

The yearly OCSI Bazaar is a vital part of our efforts to impact the local community, while at the same time using the donations earned in the ADVANCE Campaign to further develop OCSI's educational programs.  Please help this year and let's make the 2008 Bazaar (to be held on Saturday, March 29th) the best ever! See below for ways you can help:

Volunteer Help

The Bazaar is totally dependent upon teachers and parents coming together to make the event happen.  Would you consider being involved?  Jobs include helping sort items for sale before hand, manning checkout stands on the day of the event, helping with setup and cleanup, and so on.  The next volunteer meeting will be held Tuesday, March 18 at 2:00pm in the Cafeteria.  Please consider making time for this important meeting!!

Take my Donations, Please!!

Have some items you would like to get rid of, such as household items, books, toys, clothes, or perhaps food?  We hope you might find a few things that you could donate to the Bazaar, knowing that the proceeds will be used for the school!  Donations will be accepted from Monday, March 10th to the 27th from 8:00am to 3:30pm daily. (March 14th is Parent-Teacher Conferences- a great day to bring your donation!)

**Also, please remember that we cannot accept computers and/or monitors, and that items not sold will be returned to you.**
